Are there any restrictions on who can come? A. Yes, each event will have there own theme and age restrictions. You must meet the requirement in order to attend. |

How much does an event cost? A. Our Speed Dating events will range in price from $35 - $45 depending on the venue and the variety of appetizers. Our Singles Parties will range in price from $15 - $20. |

How do I cancel? A. Refunds can only be issued if payment was done thru our online system. To receive a refund, send us an email informing us of your decision with the following information - your name, email address and transaction number. Refunds can only be given within 7 days of purchase OR 7 days before an event, which ever comes first. A $5 administrative fee is held back for refunds. |

When will I find out if I am confirmed for an event? A. An email will be sent to you 48 hours before the event. |

What happens if a number of people do not show up due to weather?
Is the event rescheduled? A. It is up to the event coordinator to determine if an event will be cancelled. If an event is cancelled due to weather, no refunds will be given, instead the event will be rescheduled and your ticket will be honored there. |

How do I make sure my registration went through? A. Once we received your payment, you will be emailed a receipt. This receipt will be your confirmation of registration. |

Are there always at even men and women at an event? A. We strive to fulfill the minimum requirement of at least 10 men and 10 women. If a participant does not show up, we cannot be held responsible for the unbalanced amount. |

What happens if I’m late? A. If you are late, you risk the chance of missing dates or being removed from the event without a refund. |

What if I don’t match with anyone? A. To have a match, both individuals have to check off the YES box on the scorecard. Unfortunately enough, some people do not make matches for whatever reason. Like the old saying says "If you first don't succeed, try, try again." |
